Northern Edge Studio proudly presents a home that redefines compact living. Blending mid-century modern aesthetics with cutting-edge sustainability, this 7-star energy-efficient home is a celebration of thoughtful design, natural materials, and innovative green technologies.
Inspired by the iconic designs of William Krisel, this home features a striking butterfly roof that not only captures breathtaking views but also fills the interiors with natural light. The dramatic roofline pays homage to mid-century architecture while providing a modern twist, seamlessly integrating form and function.
Despite its efficient footprint of just over 100 square meters, this home offers everything a family needs: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas. The design optimizes every square meter, creating a sense of spaciousness and comfort while maintaining a compact, sustainable footprint.
Every material was chosen to enhance both sustainability and aesthetic appeal and sustainable construction.
