Settled into the rolling landscape of the Adelaide Hills, Top House is a refined family home where architecture and environment move in quiet harmony. Designed for a family of five, the house draws on the natural palette of its surroundings, with rammed earth walls and smooth, textured blackbutt timbers creating a warm, grounded presence.
Built by Enduro Builders with a high level of airtightness and energy performance, the home offers exceptional thermal comfort. Polished concrete floors, double-glazed windows, and thoughtful orientation bring stability, light, and calm into every space.
Top House is both sanctuary and stage. A retreat for quiet moments and ocean views from the upstairs parents’ suite; a space for connection and celebration, with generous living areas flowing outdoors to a pool that opens out to the sweeping beauty of the Adelaide Hills.
The detailing is subtle and elegant—restrained yet rich—echoing the home’s deeper intention: to hold family, landscape, and life together with clarity and care.
