Bath House
RESIDENTIAL
A project that started when the client discussed their desire for a bath overlooking the beautiful landscapes of the Cleland National Park. The existing house sits on the hillside and we proposed a discreet expansion to this modernist split level home that tied in with the existing structure to sensitively form an addition encompassing a master bedroom, ensuite, luxury walk in robe and new laundry.
Constructed with a high performance envelope, the new extension performs well to create healthy and inviting spaces with epic views across the surrounding landscape.
We worked with the clients through the interior design to compliment and enhance the existing joinery in the house with high class touches that reflects their personal taste and international flavour.
The clients trusted us to deliver the project throughout multiple covid lockdowns. We worked closely with the constructer to ensure a hassle free construction through these challenging times. We are thrilled with the result, and the clients are too.

"From project inception to completion, Paul and his team at Northern Edge provided us with and an excellent all round service. We started with a very immature idea for our extension and Paul interpreted this to provide an exciting but practical result. As with all projects, there were some 'curve balls' along the way, but Paul and his team adapted well, worked with the builder and his sub-contractors and quickly ironed these out.
For those of you who like to see detailed plans and layouts prior to job commencement, Paul's were of high quality and flushed out all design concerns very early on.
